By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1.3 Data We Do Not Currently Collect

We do not currently collect:

  • Payment or billing information
  • Email addresses
  • Personal account information beyond what is listed above

We will update this Policy before introducing any new data collection practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and server rules.
  • To investigate and moderate violations of our rules or applicable law.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, purchases, or support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain collected data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • IP addresses and connection logs are retained for security and moderation purposes.
  • Chat logs are retained for moderation review.
  • Gameplay data is retained for the duration of your participation in our Services and may persist after account inactivity.
  • If you request deletion of your data, we will make reasonable efforts to comply where technically feasible and not prohibited by law.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services operate across several third-party platforms. When you interact with us through these platforms, your data is also subject to their respective privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party platforms.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data where we are not legally required to retain it.
  • Right to Restriction — you may request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to Object — you may object to our processing of your personal data.
  • Right to Data Portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Please note that some rights may be limited where we have a legitimate legal basis for retaining your data, where deletion or restriction would prevent us from providing the Services, or where compliance is technically infeasible. In such cases, the most appropriate remedy may be to permanently discontinue use of the relevant Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
