These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infamous GC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) Minecraft server, website (infamousgc.com), Discord server, YouTube channel, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in any Infamous GC Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by your local laws and the terms of the platform through which you access our Services, and in no case be younger than 13.

3. Platform Compliance

Infamous GC operates in accordance with the terms and policies of all platforms through which we provide our Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with the following as applicable:

4. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to abide by the Infamous GC Rules, as posted on our website and updated from time to time.

5. Store, Purchases & Refunds

Infamous GC offers digital goods (such as ranks, perks, and cosmetics) through our store. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

All purchases are for digital goods delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. In the event of a delivery failure due to a technical error on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to deliver the purchased item, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Chargebacks filed against legitimate purchases will result in immediate and permanent suspension from all Infamous GC Services, and may be reported to the payment processor.
Purchases do not grant ownership of any in-game content; they are a license to access features while your account remains in good standing.
Infamous GC reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any store item, rank, or associated perks at any time.

6. Bans & Enforcement

Infamous GC staff reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any user from any or all Services at their discretion for violations of these Terms or our server rules.

Bans are non-transferable — attempting to circumvent a ban using an alternate account will result in that account being banned as well.
Ban appeals may be submitted through our designated appeal process. Ban appeals are reviewed at the sole discretion of Infamous GC staff, and we reserve the right to deny any appeal without obligation to provide further explanation.
Infamous GC is not obligated to provide a reason for enforcement actions, though we aim to do so where appropriate.

7. Reporting Illegal Activity

Infamous GC takes illegal activity seriously. We reserve the right — and in some cases are legally obligated — to report users to relevant authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, conduct involving:

Threats of violence or self-harm
Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Hacking, unauthorized system access, or cyberattacks
Doxxing or targeted harassment campaigns
Any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

All Infamous GC branding, logos, website content, and original creative assets are the property of Infamous GC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss of data, progression, or in-game items resulting from server downtime, resets, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infamous GC and its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of in-game items or purchases.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the residence of the primary operating owner of Infamous GC.
